€24 billion was spent on Spanish residential property in the first half of 2015, being 8% more than the same period last year, reveals the Ministry of Development for Spain. The popular regions of Andalucia and Comunidad Valencia saw rises of 12.8% and 11.6% retrospectively. New figures show that this is the second six-monthly period in a row showing positive movements in the property market sector after a three year downward trend.
